Mental Health Day 2021

The last 18 months have been a challenging time for the millions of Australians affected by the pandemic.

Living with lockdowns, social distancing requirements, travel restrictions and the ongoing uncertainty about when life will return to normal has had a profound impact on our mental health, both as individuals and collectively as a society.

If you’re juggling work and home-schooling, counting the days until the end of lockdown and unable to see your friends and family, it’s not easy to keep on top of your mental health. In these times, it’s important to make time to check in on yourself, not only for your own benefit but to ensure that you can help those close to you if they’re struggling.

Prioritising our mental health and wellbeing is more important than ever. While there are many resources available, we’d like to do our part to raise awareness by introducing you to the My Wellbeing Mate App.

My Wellbeing Mate gives you free access to helplines, websites, guides, videos, inspiring talks, apps and more. This app is designed to help you enhance your own wellness, and to help you support others.

My Wellbeing Mate is funded by the Mining Emergency Response Competition (MERC) community, and is available as a FREE download from the App Store and Google Play

My business and digital strategy background means I approach each project holistically, balancing aesthetics with smart business results. I continue to support clients long after launch with training and advice, which is why many have stayed with me for over a decade. Collaboration is central to my process. I partner with copywriters, graphic designers, photographers and marketing specialists so every site tells the right story and reflects cohesive branding. I also run workshops and provide ongoing training because I believe your website should be easy to use and evolve with your business.
