Working From Home Checklist + Training
Online compliance tool for remote workspaces.
Every home workspace is different, and so are the risks. Ensuring the safety of remote workers while protecting your business from potential claims and litigation, can be a challenging and time consuming task for employers.
AHP’s online Working From Home Checklist is the solution, combining essential information for remote workers with a comprehensive WFH checklist to simplify risk management, save you time and ensure you meet your duty of care.
Why is training so important?
Self-assessment checklists are often used to risk-assess home workspaces but, if your people haven’t been adequately informed about the hazards and risks of working from home (WFH), they may fail to identify and report potential safety issues. This increases the risk of workplace incidents and injuries, both physical and mental.
How it works
Designed for smart-phone, the WFH Checklist + Training is accessed via a secure link and completed by the worker, while in their home workspace. The total time commitment is around 30 minutes. During this time, the worker will:
Provide information about their working from home arrangement
View training videos about workplace safety, ergonomics and wellbeing
Make adjustments to their workstation setup, as required
Complete the WFH Checklist
Take photos of their workstation and any potential hazards
Report any issues related to WFH
Immediately on completion, a detailed report is securely sent to both the employer and employee.
The report is easy to interpret and clearly highlights any potential safety hazards identified or wellbeing issues reported by the individual.
